had recently purchased a of Toyota rav4 at Lusting Toyota in Woodbridge VA . The choice of Toyota after many considerations and comparisons with other & person expiring and also the its reputation.
Unfortunately, Mr. Hussein's service has not performed well, I am disappointed becauses something was not disclosed clearly and he was misrepresented. Mr. Hussein added thousands of warranty without my knowledge as if he is giving me something for free. he told me enterer and exterior for $419. and instate he had charge me $8000 to my contract. The purchase of the car $30,000 putting down 10.000 I was expecting of $20.000 + interest instead I end up $38.000. This is a fraud. I come to explain to him. I thought he had made a mistake. But no he did it knowingly.

Without regard to the specifics of your situation, FORGET THE PHONE! As you have seen, it's easy to get rid of somebody on the phone. Go in person to your branch and talk to the branch manager and NOT a teller! You said nothing about a reason for their actions which are indeed interesting. One more HUGE thing...the BBB is NOT part of ANY government body. The BBB has absolutely ZERO POWER to do anything. The ONLY purpose of the BBB and their BS is to SELL their "memberships" and completely PHONEY "accreditations" to ANY business which wants to buy one. Just like you can PAY for a phoney diploma to put on your wall to impress your friends, the BBB-BS will sell their PHONEY accreditations to any business which wants to buy one. With it, they magically get their "A" phoney rating even though they may be the most dishonest place in town. Remember, the BBB and their BS is simply that!
