Lute Riley Honda & Chrysler rip-off conspiracy & fraud person Rudy Rivera in Richardson Texas

I owned a 1997 Chrysler Sebring Convertible (VIN #3C3EL45H1VT532438)(License plate # C90 BTB) which leaked very badly. Because I am single, I tried many times to take my car to Chrysler dealerships to get the leak fixed. Everytime it rained, I had up to three to four inches of water inside my car. In the winter I had a sheet of ice on the floor. I could not get anyone to take me seriously and they would tell me that they have never heard of this problem. I had paid on this car for three years and I hated this car because my feet stayed wet all of the time and I stayed sick.

In November of 2001, I decided to trade my Sebring in for another car. I went to six different dealerships and no one would allow me to trade in this car because of the water damage. In December 2001, a salesman at Lute Riley Honda, Rudy Rivera, told me to return the convertible to Chrysler and purchase a Honda and begin rebuilding my credit back up with this purchase. And that is what I did.

Lute Riley Honda also refused to allow my convertible for a trade in. Mr. Rudy Rivera (phone number # 972-841-9210) talked me into purchasing a 1999 Honda Accord and the only reason I bought this car is because Mr. Rivera told me Honda would always provide me with a loaner car when my car was broke down as long as I owned this vehicle. I have just recently found out that statement was also a lie. Honda does not provide a loaner vehicle.

In December of 2001, I notified Chrysler to pick up my car and I left my convertible at Lute Riley Honda for Chrysler to pick up. On April 17, 2001, a representative of Chrysler, Becky @ (877-679-6096) called me and told me that Chrysler had never picked up my Sebring and that Chrysler had filed a police report as a stolen vehicle and she also said they named me as their number one suspect in the theft of my own car.

On April 23, 2002, I went to the Richardson, Texas Police Dept. and asked Detective D. L. Thomas to check his records for a warrant for my arrest or a police report on the Sebring as a stolen vehicle. He told me there was never any report filed on me or the car. Becky of Chrysler falsified this information to me to scare me into returning the car which, I did not have.

I tried everything to find my car and I went several times to Lute Riley Honda and threatened to sue them for stealing my car. Then I started getting calls from Pat Graham @ (800-924-6332)from Lassiter Associates also representing Chrysler. I also told her that I did not steel my car. Once again, I went back to Lute Riley Honda to threaten them into returning my car to me because it was still in my name. On July 8, 2002, I went to the vehicle registration office and got a copy of my registration and the Sebring was still in my name.

Ms. Graham said she had talked to a Mr. Thomas Via at Lute Riley Honda and he told her that I stole my car. Finally, I went back to Lute Riley Honda on June 1, 2001 and threatened to sue them again. I had spoken with manager Mr. Christianson. I demanded that he find my car. He claimed that their dealership would never be dishonest. That Monday morning, June 3, 2001, Ms. Pat Graham had called me and said that Rudy Rivera had called and told her where to find my car. They had transported it to a sister dealership called Auto Factory to sell.

I asked Ms. Graham of Lassiter Associates to send me documentation that they had the Sebring in their posession and she never did and she would never return my calls and I also could not get Becky of Chrysler to send me a copy of the police report.

Currently, I am receiving threatening calls from another company called SRA Associates @ (856-406-1006) representing Chrysler and demanding payment of the balance I owe.
