I ordered two products with the understanding I would pay for shipping only. I received the skin lotion and the eye creme and one of the bottles was broken upon receipt. (The dispenser didn't work.) I was then charged $92.99 and $92.97 approximately 14 days later.

When I called to dispute these amounts being charged, they said I had only through the 14 days to inform them I didnt want my account charged for the full price. (The small bottles they sent were actually the "full size" of bottles and not samples) They were small!

At the end of April I received an email stating they were going to send me more and charge me the two prices again. I called and canceled the "order" as I still hadn't used the product as the bottle was broken and haven't had time to use the other one. I received a cancellation confirmation email and then a few days later my account was charged with BOTH charges of $92.99 and $92.97 AGAIN! 

I called the customer service number and was put on hold and HUNG UP on after waiting for over 5 minutes. I called back and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before speaking to someone who couldn't help me and basically called me a liar saying my account hadn't been charged (even though I was looking at it while speaking to them). I think this whole thing is A SCAM and a VERY EXPENSIVE SCAM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. At the end I had to send an email to a "documentation review" email address where I had to explain to them what happend and send them a copy of my bank charges for them to review. We will see what happends now.
