Julie Elkins is a monster & by far the rudest woman I have ever encountered and she needs to be FIRED. ASAP! 

Luxury On Lovers already has a 4/4/14 yelp complaint against them written about their customer service , so why is Julie still employed there?!!!

I scheduled an appt online on 1/19/16 for a hydrafacial and Botox on 2/3/16. I received a phone from Ms. Elkins at 10:30am 2/2/16 informing me that the appt needed to be changed bc of the procedures. I asked her to flip the procedures and she said that couldn't be done. I tried to reschedule the procedures and that couldn't be done. Every option I gave this woman could not be done. Not only could she not accommodate my requests, she waited until the day before to tell me, and did it with a very VERY nasty attitude. I ended up canceling the appt & spending my money elsewhere. 

Julie & the staff at Luxury on Lovers had WEEKS to contact me and let me know. Instead, she is lazy and chose to take a condescending tone and hung up the phone on me when I pointed out their oversight! 

I am sick of customer service employees treating customers like dirt just bc they messed up & they cannot own up to their mistakes! That tactic accomplishes nothing and it's not like I can't go to the LOL location and tell her exactly what I think about her work ethic to her face. 

You, Ms. Julie Elkins, are a joke. You are a sad, pathetic, pompous tramp and anybody could do your job. I challenge Lisa C to replace you bc you are bringing that company down & you are detrimental to their brand. It's time for you to go!

The only person lying here is you Julie.

you didn't offer any solutions to the problem. Not one. 

I was the one that brought up switching the appts and you didn't have any times available.

I'm not canceling any other appt I made with anyone else, thereby inconvenienceing them, just bc you couldn't call me sooner and tell me that needed to be done. Like you stated in your rebuttal, I booked the appt WEEKS ago.

As far as me screaming at any staff member there I did give LOL a piece of my mind after they botched a facial but they worked with me and straightened the situation out ASAP.

"Something for nothing" would only be true if I demanded a discount, which I didn't. I CANCELLED the appt and went to Bella MD. They fit me right in and I had both my facial & my Botox performed there on the same day. In fact, I spent more money there than I would've with LOL.

By the way, they seem to have a lot of your former clients Going there weekly. Those clients complain constantly about you specifically and the fact that your facility is old and needs to be updated. Make sure you tell the owner that.

Tanya Manual is false in her accusuations this is not what happened in the slightest!

She made the appointment online 2 weeks prior but as stated on our website you can not lay down after getting Botox injections for 4 hours. she had Botox and a facial booked I call every client 24 hours in advance to confirm when I noticed this I called her to let her know we need to get her in early for her facial then do her botox she screamed at me saying it was my fault and she was not going to come early because she had a 9 am nail appointment and this was not her problem!

I simply asked her to reschedule one of the other so we could accomidate her but again she screams and yells she has done this on multiple occisions even at the owner seems she just wants something for nothing.
