If you've recieved a letter from these scam artists, PLEASE report it to the Las Vegas Postal Inspector at (702) 796-5272!
I cannot understand how the the post office has been unable to catch these crooks! The post office was the one who issued them the pre-paid return address envelopes and the post office is the one who puts the mail in P.O. Box 98835! SOMEONE has to be collecting everyone's $20.00 and SOMEONE has to be paying rent on the P.O. Box. I cannot fathom why this illegal operation is still in business.
Did you know that they have been doing this since October of 2004 and the post ofice has been aware of it since that time?
I just don't get it. Be sure to call (702) 796-5272 and give them a piece of your mind.
How about a class action lawsuit against Actionable Awards Program AND the post office? This has to stop right now!
Take care
Kimberly

Because I am a Nevada resident and only live 25 miles from our state's capital, I have contacted the Attorney General's Office, the Govenor's office and our local Better Busines Bureau. I did not recieve the help I wanted or needed and was pretty much advised to contact the Las Vegas division of the FBI. I did call them and told them what is going on and have heard nothing back from them ... it's been over a month now and no reply to my complaint.
My next course of action was to contact the postal inspector of the post office where this P.O. Box is located (Las Vegas has about 20 post offices) and that's when I was told that they are aware of the situation and "looking into it." That was in October of 2004 and they are STILL just "looking into it?"
This is frustrating as all get out and it makes me think that this whole scam is being performed by an individual or group of people who actually works there! An inside job so to speak.

How about writing to the USPS in Washington and requesting all info about this scam under the Freedom Of Information Act? The local postmaster will likely object by claiming that there is an ongoing investigation, but that makes him justify his failure to act to someone higher up the food chain. Bureaucrats just hate it when outsiders start looking into what they are doing. The Las Vegas postmaster may get off his a*s just to keep his higher-ups from finding out what else he is not doing.
You might also complain to your congressmen and senators that these scams are making your home state look bad.
Remember that the squeaky wheel is the one that gets the grease.
