My company did work for LW Investigations and unfortunately, after multiple telephone calls and emails, they will not pay. Tricia Bergey said a check was mailed on May 20, 2014 but we did not receive it. After many calls, she said Neal Lyons personally mailed a check on May 29, 2014. We have yet to receive the payment. Tricia and Neal fail to return telephone calls and email. Do yourself a favor and never do any work for them. Do your research about this company and Neal Lyons. He is a total fraud.

finally got check

I finally received a check from Neal. Definitely not someone I would ever do work for again. I too contact the state police and as soon as I can Neals name they were well aware of who he was. They has a thick file on him and I hope thei nail him to the wall. I also hope whoever his clients are will do research and see who they have working for them.

I am also a company that in March worked a file for LW Investiagtions, a NON LICENSED company in MAssachusetts. I was told several times that the check was mailed, given the actual check numbers, and when I did get ahold of the Tricia she stated that other Investigators were complaining of the same thing, that they didnt receive the checks. I was then told after several calls that NEal would be taking care of it and he would call me. I never received a call. I sent him a demand email, and also the invices, and now he has filed a complaint with my board, that I harrassed him. I have conducted covert Investigations on him recently and they are still working files originating in MA. THis is now criminal, as they were sent a Cease and Desist letter from Carol Batten at the State. Email Carol, and file a complaint with the AG. He will be stopped I have been assured. I also was adicsed to file a police report. I have since founfd three clients that have worked with LW that will not be using them. I am in the process of contacting all the Investiagtive agencies nationwide to let them know about LW as well. They will be stopped! They messed with the wrong agency on this one.
