i received this email today....i also sent it to paypal and reported it as a spoof email....if you get it, you should too. do not click on dispute charges, they are phishing. i would recommend changing your paypal password immediately, weather you clicked on it or not. just to be safe.

LWPELECTRONICS/ BILL CHANG i just received an email in my junk mail and i was concerned because it said i had confirmed a paypal purchase for $474.99 for a NOKIA cellphone.. i do not use paypal, it is obvious that this is a scam...how is this person continuing to get away with this? i will use the advice on this website and call my bank..
