LYC Mortgage, LLC. (a.k.a. LYC Financial Group) located in Wellesley Hills, MA. is a very untrustworthy and deceptive company. They basically tell you what you want to hear but will not follow through on the information and terms given. After the major crash in the mortgage market and all the new laws and regulation imposed on mortgage brokers and lenders, it's hard to believe that these unscrupulous mortgage companies still exist. Unfortunately they do. Please save yourself the time, frustration and legal fees and search for a mortgage company that is trustworthy. Ask your friends if they are happy with their mortgage company.
