M & C licence Express MaryAnn ignorant, Dishonest, Untrustworthy Philadelphia Pennsylvania

To start off with I have been with M & C for almost a year now and it should not take the facility a year to do their job. Every time I call there is always an excuse for why something is not done. Every time I call either the supervisor is not in or they are waiting on a middle man so they can do their part. The people in this facility are very ignorant, dishonest and I am extremely unsatisfied with their business. I Paid them and I have not yet seen anything that they have done for me. They are a scam and a big ripoff. Not only this but on November 25, 2013 I went to M & C to obtain a copy of all my information including everything they did.

When I got there Maryann said they did not have any ink for the copy machine. However, this is a business and a business should have ink for their copy machine. Not only this but there is a copy store right next to the business but yet they failed to mention that they could go there and make copies for me instead MaryAnn made another excuse. After this my girlfriend asked me to come over to her and she asked me to just ask for my file since it is mine since they said they cannot make any copies.

However, Maryann heard the conversation my girlfriend and I was having because MaryAnn started making ignorant remarks referring to my girlfriend to whomever she was talking to on the phone. After this MaryAnn then passed me the phone and MaryAnn Made a smart remark to her sister and her sister made a smart remark back all referring to my girlfriend. My girlfriend then said something to Maryann and Maryann and her sister then gained up on my girlfriend both saying smart comments.

They then asked my girlfriend to leave the facility and my girlfriend did just that. After my girlfriend left they then took pictures of my girlfriend without her will or consent. My girlfriend now feels out of place and feels very disrespected about the pictures. After this A Police officer was then called and a police report was written up. I feel like no one should have to go through this and actions should be taken further. The people here are horrible at what they do and they either need to be replace or the business needs to be shut down.
