 I purchased a vehicle and service warranty plan from this dealership paid in full with a check on 5/07/2013 on 7/16 my engine light came on so I took it to the shop they diagnosed an internal transmission problem and the repair shop is the car protection plus plan vendor for which I purchased so the general manager was there we called they said they had no knowledge of contract we call the dealership they said it must have been lost in the mail so I say how we resolve this the sales rep that did the deal ask if I could drive my vehicle 1 hour away then he was going to take to someone he knows 30 more minutes away I told him no that's ridiculus knowing that I'm already having issues and they wanted me to pay for fuel for both vehicles because if I would have agreed I would have to have someone to pick me up so after conversating with him he was trying to fast talk me wanting me to do all these things as if I made the mistake so I told him i am taking my vehicle to the vendor that the warranty company referred and they refused to pay the bill and I have the pink copy receipt for service plan signed and dated by salesperson and receipt and all other documents to prove these guys are a fraud and scam artest
