M & M AutoSales Ripoff down payment, all they did was give me incorrect information and lie to me. Tacoma Washington

I purchased a vehicle at this location and when the finance company could not finance me. They refused to return my down payment. They keep lying and saying they mailed me a check via certified mail.

I am a soldier in the U.S. Army and was stationed in WA temporarly. I was not given financing because my home of record was in another state and I was not allowed to take the vehicle out of state. When I told my sales agent that I lived out of state he said that would not be a problem.

When I asked for my down payment back and they said to come in on Friday and pick up the check. I was released from that duty station that same day and would be going back to my home state. I went to pick it up and they said it was not sighned. So they offered to mail the check.

Here it is 2 week's later and still no check. When I call them all I get is the run around. My experience with this company, all they did was give me incorrect information and lie to me.
