The first time I moved in was back is Sept  of 2012.  The first day I lived there the toilet upstairs flooded and I had to find some place else to live for two months.  Come to find out the prior tenant threw a tiolet paper holder in the toilet.  Not my fault and they were suppose to put me up and they didn't.  I had no where to go it was awful.   I moved out in March of 2014 and I received all my deposit back.  The place was spotless.  Then I had to move back in and found out she put an eviction on me and it never happend.  I have never rented in my whole 57 years.  So no one else could have put that on me.  I had to move back here to Minden and they were the only place that would let me move in because she put that eviction on me which I then found out.  I asked her and she said she didn't do it well this is the only place I rented.  Now I move back in the heater goes out and the doorbell didn't work.  Then Christmas the water heater goes out and I have my children and my parents and grandkids and no hot water for almost three days.  They did nothing then either.  So I give my notice to move out and I asked the lady do I pay last month rent and she said no.  So I didn't  Then on May 11th they call and say I need to pay a 1000 dollars to stay one more week.  I am a widow who makes enought to survive and to come up with that when they told me I didn't have to pay.  So I called and they wouldn't let me talk to the lady and the woman who answered the phone proceeded to talk with me.  I said I could give two hundred on May 15 and then she  said I am telling you she said then we take the rest out of your deposit.  I was so happy it was working out.  I go home for lunch the next day and there it was an eviction notice.  I was so crazy and desperate.  I got a hold of some friends who moved me out.  These people play with your lives.  They don't care about you.  They all told me a different story and they get away with it.  I am a good person.  I have done nothing wrong ever but lose my husband.  I have a good family good kids and they just can't do this.  They have no good reviews on them.  They are horrible people.  Please help me please they haved ruined me.  I have proof of everything they have done to me.  Chery in Minden Nevada
