PHOSCLEAR Works When Used Properly

This customer (Jeff R. of Walland, TN) sent us a nasty email after buying a 4-pound jar of our PHOSCLEAR water clarification product. He accused us of "selling flour in a jar" as it turned his pond white and did not clarify his muddy water. He asked for a refund which we declined based on his tone and his unwillingness to provide details on the pond water chemistry, total gallons, filtration system and pond dimensions.
