1. Unsolicited telephone call hooks you saying that you have been selected for a special promotion;
2. Smooth talking, highly trained sales personnel promote their 'incredible' travel deal package
NOTE: the phone conversation is taped when you get to the affirmation part. You are told not to ask any questions until after the digital recording. They don't tape the false facts that the salespeople mislead you with.
(They will then use this taped affirmation against you in the future because it is taken out of context if you request a refund because of false information given to solicit your business!)
3. Immediately after the phone call, I thought I should double check some facts given by the sales pitch. I called my credit card company to verify the 'security approval code' that Visa would have that I was told would indicate that they are a company with good ethical standing. [foolishly I should have done this before giving my consent but I trusted them!]
Visa knows nothing of their ethical standing by the 'security approval code'. The code  is simply a transaction number!!
(There are additional concerns that are very questionable but my point has been made. I could write more.)
4. Without more than 15 minutes elapsing since my taped conversation, I called back concerned. The company had sent me nothing. I had booked no travel. I hadn't really even 'left the store' so to speak. I was requesting a refund of this 'special promotion' because I had been misled.
5. NO. There is a no refund policy. You agreed. (I agreed based on false information!)
6. Even after 3 subsequent attempts and even contacting VISA's resolution dept., they will not give a refund.

Protect yourself! They are  a shady, questionable business without ethical standards in how they manipulate people in order to get a sale. They caught me at a weak moment! Buyer beware!

{Had they not misled, me I have no problems with a no refund policy. However, I was MISLED! Therefore, void the transaction. Nothing was booked. No goods exchanged hands!!}

AVOID them and spread the word.
