I on 9/21/2007 made a $3,740.00 charge to my Citi card account number: to Mortgage and Buying Solutions for online advertisement to my Website www.advancedloanssolutions.com Hosted by MABS, less than a month later I figured out that Mortgage and Buying Solutions had scammed my Citi Credit Card out of $3,700.00 dollars by generating fictitious visitor IP Addresses to my website making it look as though a real client visited my website.

I found a program online to try and track a few IP addresses and most of them lead to some kind of college or schools, but never a real person. To date I have over 12,000 IP Addresses not a one has bought a refinanced there home! of course not its all a scam for MABS to steel money so they can survive the Mortgage crisis we are all going through. I have done some research on complaints against MABS and www.Lowrateapprovals.com both being one in the same.

I was not surprised to find many others that were scammed by MABS. I have reported these Crooks to the BBB, FTC, Attorney General and no one wants to help get my most needed money back. I can't believe the BBB still waves there Banners on lowrateapprovals.com websites, is the Arizona BBB part of Lowrateapprovals? Please note I requested my refund back durning the first 30 days of this transaction only to get the run around. Any Ideas? Guess MABS got away with it Huh? Yes I'm still making payments. Sadness

Sincerely:
Arthur ****

WHY DONT THEY DIVULGE FINANCIAL REPORTS OR EXAMPLES OF EARNINGS?

AUTHOR: Gracie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 08, 2009

I agree. I think that post was from someone int he company. He does not say any specifics of how this company has worked for him--Does he really make an income from this?

When I inquired about the program: When asking them for this information, they were not forthcoming. In fact, it was hard to find out what O would actuall have to do ? The answer I got was "just look at your back office and see what you are making." That is, after you pay them thousands of dollars for a marketing program.

If it was a legiimtae business, I would think that they would let you talk to other people doing the work. Or offer financials of the company. Of couse, this income could jsut be from samming people for the initial fees and paying monthly for the websites.

It really just sounds like an affiliate program--some of which you can do for free with other companies--without a monthly fee, and get real commissions. I did not appear as a real website of your own--just a reverting back to theirs. Mine was never received.

It sounds like they just want investors in their company.

Yes, this company needs to be investigated.

Ok I think this must be said MACS and MABS are both the same owners rich the one you can read above as well as Sean Moriarty who also own Save Avenue All but MACS Mortgage and credit have many complaints on this site as well as with the BBB that is why MACS was started in FT Collins Colorado Sean Moriarty runs the MACS and Rich MABS . I know for a fact that the above was typed by rich one of the owners of MABS as I talked to him about it. In the time I worked for MACS no Member ever was payed the 500 for a lone but some did get payer the 10 a month for someone setting up under them all 3 of the company above need someone to look in to them as I know this is a SCAM and have seen it from the other side I sold this program for MACS and truly wish to say sorry to anyone I may have sold I did not know at the time I did believe I was selling a true way to make money from home

Unasnwered Prayers

This is just a general comment for all of those who have posted negative remarks about Mortgage & Buying Solutions. As a successful current member who has been thru the same "process" as most of the complaintants I am sure what i say will sound familiar.

First and foremost its very important that you as a consumer are an educated buyer. Do your research, take notes and understand what it is that your being told before you buy. As a general rule of thumb you should never give out your checking or credit card info over the phone if you do NOT know what your buying. Thats just common sense!

I was phoned by Raymond Drinkhouse about 9 months ago and received the "first call offer" Was there a pitch? Absolutely! Did it seem like a fantastic idea? Absolutely! However, I did not just hand over my info and charge away. I asked specific questions about what i was buying and what i would need to do as a member. I listened to an audio tape and Raymond answered every single one of my questions and even walked me thru the BBB. He didnt try to explain away any of the complaints that were posted. He didnt duck dodge or dive any questions i had for him as i myself could see why some people go thru such great lengths to exchange a bad experience or complain. Thats much easier to do than to tell any agency about the GOOD that you have experienced with them. I took pages of notes and got phone numbers and names of people to contact if i need assistance. All in all i think i spent about 3 hours on the phone with Raymond before I chose to give him my payment information. Once i gave him this info we went thru a verification process that went over everything that we had discussed and explained everything i purchased and it also included and explaination of their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. It was my understanding that he could not charge my card unless i answered YES to all of his questions about my purchase and that by my saying yes, I was not only authorizing the charges to my acount but also agreeing to the terms and conditions of the money back guarantee. Once i did this i received a WELCOME PACKAGE in the mail about 5 days later. It was full of the information that we had already discussed over the phone and also went over marketing information a i already knew that i would have to promote my business somehow. How did i know that? Because i asked! Also in this package were some documents that i needed to sign and return in order to recieve commission checks, if any that i would make. One was an invoice that listed out everything i purchased and for how much. It also confirmed that i had received what Raymond told me i would get. The next was their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE in writing! (not many comanies would put anything like that in writing) On the guarantee it clearly states that i have read and understand and AGREE to all policy and procedure of MABS. I clearly states that i have to WORK the program for ONE full year before i can request a refund for my initial investment. Clearly typed out on the guarantee is the fact that all Marketing/Advertising Fee's are non refundable. A tax form so i can be 1099'd at the end of the year and a contract for LOW RATE APPROVALS , which is the mortgage affiliate that MABS utilizes for their LOAN OFFICERS and MABS is NOT a mortgage company. It also informed me, as did Raymond, that there was a monthly hosting fee of $19.95 that Low Rate Approvals charges every month to "HOST" my website and that the hosting fees were non refundable. I read everything they sent me then signed and returned the docs because I AGREED to it. I understood going into it that there would not be a refund issuesd if i did NOT WORK the program for 12 months AND if i did NOT market my website. I was in it all the way and understood that i would have to work the program in order to profit from it. After all it was an investment into my financial future.

A few days after i received the welcome package my consultant called me to welcome me aboard and to teach me how to use the program and also inform me of the best ways to get my business out there to help me realize the type of income i was looking for. He went over the different types of marketing packages that they offer and was willing to work with me and my budget. Especially since i was interested in making money not just spending it. His name was Matt and was also very knowledgeable. We talked for a cpl hours and after i asked all my questions and felt i had a great understanding of what i needed to do. I weighed my options to either market on my own locally or take advantage of the fact that my website is NATIONWIDE and allow Mortgage and Buying Solutions to market it for me. I already knew that if i spent money with them for marketing that if it didnt work out that it was NON REFUNDABLE. I still decided to invest about $3995.00 for then to market my website since i still had a full time job and would not have ample time to do the marketing on my own in order to reach my financial goal. Since then i am pleased to inform you that i have received checks regularly from Mortgage and Buying Solutions. The amounts vary but i have made just a little over $4000.00 since i invested into Mortgage and Buying Solutions.

Long story short folks, is that NO ONE forced you to give them your payment information. The sales are all done over the phone. You could have said NO, you could have hung up. It was your decision as the account holder to invest your money into the possibility of making more money. Do your research. Ask your questions take notes. If you give your payment information, KNOW what you are buying and what you need to do to make money. If you give your payment info then your basically agreeing to all the terms they set forth in the conversation. MABS had disclosed everything to me and i became and EDUCATED CONSUMER!!!!

Me personally, i am very happy with the chose i made to INVEST into this business. Its not like your purchasing a dozen eggs. Your not going to get instant gratification by giving them your credit card info and receive hundreds of dollars in the mail a week later. Business is Business is Business, no matter what it is there is still some work involved. From all the complaints i have read on here it seems as though the complaintants only heard what they wanted to hear when they spoke to MABS and its easier to complain than it is to actually work.

By the way, do you complaintants realize that you are posting your complaints on a website that the owner is a fugitive wanted for embezelment? This sites owner is under indictment for a number of counts maybe you should do a little more research before you just post your experiences on just ANY site that says they have the consumers best interests in mind. The owner of this site was basically blackmailing companies of who there were complaints. For a fee he would remove any negative postings for your company. BE EDUCATED PEOPLE.
