Mac churchill acura Incompetent bullies taking advantage of people Fort worth Texas

My 1st visit to this dealership should have been a huge sign, my trade in broke down almost infront of dealership,a salesperson spoke to me for 5 minutes and 6 hours later,people were going home for the night.I was not told whether I was approved or not.I had to find a cab to take me and my little boy home, which cost $80.

I later received a approval letter from a finance company, but that it had expired.I called the dealership very upset.the salesperson convinced me to give them another chance.again I spent hours there.I agreed to give them a check for the downpayment.the salesperson kept returning to ask for another blank check as they had "messed up" the others, four cks later I asked for the messed up checks back.I was told I think we shredded them,think?I finally got to take a car home,the ONLY car that they told me I could get.

Then I started getting texts and calls that I had to bring g the car back right then or they would come get it, finally I was told it needed to be inspected. I took it to them,they found that the breaks were bad and I was told they replaced them, I don't know as I was asleep in the sales pit, for 5 hours, because I was very sick and I told them I couldn't make the hour drive.

After all the double talk and being exhausted, I still didnt have a contract,account number or even know who the finance company was.I had called my back about all the blank checks the dealership kept, they for security reasons stopped payment on the ones I was told they think they shredded. When i finally figured out who the finance company was and called to find out when and how much payments are, I received a call from the dealership yelling,yes yelling, at me.that I had no business calling "their bank".I was so offended that I yelled back that I was NOT paying them to treat me like xxxx, and they could come get their car if that's how they treat their customers.they declined and we had a civil conversation.

I have since found out the dealership sent not the 1st or the 4th check, but the 2nd & 3rd check through my bank.then I ask WHY did they need the 4th check? @and now they are threatening to file with the attorney general because I stopped payment on checks they lied to me about and could not even verify that they shredded them.not to mention I did not have the extra $1300 on top of the $700 that I did agree too, so I was charged by my bank for insufficient funds.

I'm disabled, wear leg braces and walk with a cane, on top of other disablities that aren't so obvious. I'm on disablity, and I have a young son.I need a reliable vehicle,not a bully that yells at me or threatens me.I honestly cannot handle the stress or drama. I tried to give them a second & third chance to show their true colors.

I would also like to mention their extended warranty is through Wynns, another company that has had several complaints.
