Domino's has a policy which violates your rights under the 4th amendment against illegal searches. They say that at anytime an employee is working they can go up to that employee and demand that the employee show what he/she has in their pockets. It is part of their Safety and Security Procedures.

I only been there for three months but I took it as an act of retaliation because I had filed a complaint against the manager for violating my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Civil Rights Act, which lead to a HIPPA violation.

These people are really stupid, I am going to get fired but it will be an illega termination. But I cannot allow anyone to violate my personal space in this manner. Its just illegal. If they fire me because on my stand againt it. Then it will be criminal.

Then this is easy

If you are under a Government Sponsored Program, then this makes it very simple.

Just report all of your claims of these violations to the program or SSA directly. Give them all of the examples of their violation of the Constitution, the HIPAA and Civil Rights Violations.

Let us know what they say...

SSA is aware of me trying to go back to work

AUTHOR: Reginald - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 23, 2019

The Social Security Admistration is aware that I am trying to work by being employed by Domino's. I can make a cerain amount and still collect my disability, but that is really none of your business. So no I am not breaking any laws.

I am under a program sponsered by the SSA called ticket to work. But why should I try to return to work with all the bullshit I'm going through. So you ARE the moron.

IF I knew your name I would be reporting you to SSDI as the fraud you are. Living large? 1500 a month?? You are pathetic and keep thinking that way because when the cost of living keeps going up that chump change will not.

Domino's has the right to do what they want and your "HIPPA" violation is a joke since it only applies to release of Medical Records without consent. As for your "disability" I have a hard time believing you even have one - attitude problem is not a disability which is what you have.

Keep laughing - won't work in the end.

No sir you are the moron. All I asked was to have extra training in one area because of some brain damage. The manager chose to make fun of the fact that I have some brain damage from a stroke I suffered. I didn't deserve that. I do not have to submit to a search of my person and no company can make a rule to that effect if you think they can then you are the moron and a fool to submit to such a thing.

But its OK I will just stay home and live off the tax payers since I'm such a moron. A moron who isn't going to even try to work again. Hell I get $1650.00 a month. Thanks for the encouragement. Not to Work anymore or even give it a try. Who's the moron now bi*ch!

I am surprised you lasted 3 months. First before you start quoting the Constiution and Bill of Rights, perhaps you should go and actually read them. The 4th amendment has to do with the Government. A private employer can require employees to be subject to search as part of their condition of employment. If you don't like it...leave.

As for the rest most likely your "violations of the ADA" is just another inaccurate uniformed complaint. I would bet it involves you thinking that you can do what ever you want because of your "disability" and an employer just has to allow it. The fact is that the ADA only requires an employer to make "reasonable" accomodations.

I'm not even going to touch the "Civil Rights" violation or HIPAA because those are also probably based on some strange consipracy theory you came up with.

Of course if you really belive what you are saying then why not provide specific details as to how they are violating them.

Missing Information...

AUTHOR: John - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, July 21, 2019

Why would the Americans with Disabilities Act be involved?  Let me guess- you carry some prescribed drug in your pocket and you'll be fired for having it there.  Would that be your case?  Then you'd have zero chance, because a company that deals with food prep absolutely has an interest in keeping foreign substances away from food, prep surfaces, etc. and would insist that you keep your drugs in a secure location (easily assessible by you when you need them, but NOT IN YOUR POCKET.)  Any potential customer could understand why someone should not be allowed to carry drugs in their pockets while handling food for purchase for chrissakes.

But let's just be honest about this- you are carrying a controlled substance that has not been prescribed to you but that you decide you "need" because of a "disability."  I presume this because of the lack of detail in your post- you are obviously hiding something. Yeah, Domino's had this problem with people carrying illegal drugs around their food prep, imagine that.

Go ahead and file your Civil Rights Suit, Dr. King, and watch yourself get laughed out of court.
