Ordered pipe in March 2012. Was given a 8-12 week waiting period. Then given a shipping date of May 20th. Nothing arrived.
Called. Emailed. Multiple times. No response. No pipes. No update.

Looked online and apparently this is a major problem with this company. BBB gives em a F. They even stopped responding to BBB inquiries apparently. This is unacceptable for a company that says "customer service is important to us."
