HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I complained about their employee to Human Resource Services and they said that they couldn't do anything about it because it happened in their parking lot and not inside the store. This employee parked so close to my car that it was hard for me to get in to it. She also parked far over the white lines. I saw the employee leave her car and she saw me but she kept on walking away. This employee also lives in my apartment complex (Georgetown Manor). I do know what this person looks like but I don't know her name. It might be Renee. She does work at Macy's inside the Washington Square Mall. This person, Renee, is rude, disrespectful, and has the "I don't care about you" attitude. I've complain to my apartment manager about Renee but she keeps parking over the white lines no matter how many, many times she has been told not to do so. I wonder if her employer, Macy's, has the same problem with her. Telling her to do this way and she does it her way. Renee is about 5' 7', long gray hair (it comes to the middle of her back), she's thin with a pop belly. She drives a white, Buick, Riviera, Oregon License ??X 668. I think they should fired her from Macy's and hope she moves out of my apartment complex. This parking problem has been going on for about a year or more.

MORE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife bought a dress last weekend for my daughter (Jr department) at this Macys location. Later in the week when my daughter went to try it on she discovered a hole in the dress about the size of a silver dollar. So this weekend we went back to the mall so we could exchange it. Wife couldn't find another dress of the same size so she went to customer service to just return the dress with the hole. That's where things went downhill fast. She could not return it as the receipt (with only this dress on it) was for a different dress!?! And without a "ticket" (the manager never explained what that was) she wouldn't do anything about it (store policy apparently). Frustration ensured trying to understand why Macys would not take back a product they sold that was damaged, and my wife finally left. I returned a bit later and tried again. I asked the manager if it was possible that the wrong tag was attached to the dress, but "that is not possible" was the response and without "more information" the manager would not do anything about the defective dress. Manager also mentioned something about bringing in my credit card statement later, but I wasn't sure what that would show. My daughter showed me where she got the dress, and I brought back two more dresses that were identical to the one we were trying to return. The only difference was that they were both a larger size (both size 5/6). Lo and behold, they had different tags and UPC numbers. The manager had already left in the 60 seconds it took to get the new dresses, and the poor cashier she left behind was at a loss for words as to why the tags were different for the same item. I was pretty frustrated at this point and was tempted to just leave the damaged dress and receipt behind with the miss-tagged dresses and tell the manager "here's more information" (the dress was only about $35 so no big loss to me). I mentioned that if I left the dress it would probably just end up back on the racks. "We don't sell damaged goods" the cashier said. My response was to point to my Macy's bag and retort "then explain this!". Macys: Selling damaged items with incorrect price tags. My wife and daughter are no longer Macy's customers. In this economy, you'd think a company would care more about customer service.
===========
The bathrooms were horrendous. Clogged, dirty, the towels dispenser didn't work. They have hardware that parks use, push for water and soap. Ghetto. For an upscale place, their one restroom (in a 5 story store) was disgusting and insufficient.

You sound more like a busy body who has a personal grudge against someone which is causing you to act like a stalker.
As for the dress...
and I brought back two more dresses that were identical to the one we were trying to return. The only difference was that they were both a larger size (both size 5/6). Lo and behold, they had different tags and UPC numbers.
- Lo and behold we have an idiot. Yes they were different tags because they are a different size so they are NOT the same dress. So perhaps your daughter (gasp) had the wrong receipt and that was from something else she purchased.

First attempting to get someone fired over the way they park their car? Exactly how petty and stupid are you? The employees parking may be a nuisance but its not worth their job. That's a overreaction. Which seems to be both of your problems. Then you hunt down a HR rep and complain about their parking. I swear people like you truly suck. You think you're the center of the universe. Here's a thought....you're not!!!! You complain about the bathrooms and call them ghetto, did you think that's all you deserve? They probably did have nice fixtures but couldn't keep replacing them because of customers like you two. Why would you expect Macy's to have nice things when the very same customers they serve are going to destroy and damage them? They would have to put sturdy appliances up, they last longer and are harder to damage or destroy.
As for the dress given the white trash attitude displayed in your post. There is a high probability that that dress was damaged when your child went to put it on. The management has to assume the same thing. Given your lack of retail knowledge it's understandable that you wouldn't know that each style and color would have a different sku# or UPC. This can also include sizes as well. So you made a clown out of yourself with your own ignorance. Management knows that you are trying to scam them so give it up.
People like you sicken me. You know you tried to scam them and they wouldn't let you so you over react and you show your rump not only in the store but here on this site as well. You seem to think its perfectly alright to act in this manner towards others. You feel it's acceptable to attack a individual online by giving thier name, description, where they work and what type of car they drive. Let me be the first to inform you that what you have done is illegal and I'm going to do my best to inform the Individual that you have placed in danger with your post. It will be up to them to determine if they take this to the FBI IC3 division for potential prosecution. And don't think your anonymous online, you're not. All it takes is a court order and they will know it was YOU who put that person in danger.
You deserve all the misery that you will have inflicted on that poor employee. The pair of you should be ashamed of yourselves. Where is any basic human understanding on your part. This is NOT how mature and responsible adults are supposed to act. And think of the example you are setting with your daughter. She is going to grow up thinking that the behavior is acceptable. Well it's not. There is a right way and a wrong way to do things. And you two have done wrong in the entire situation. Sometimes the smallest gesture can have the greatest impact.
