In my last trip to Florida I've bought a Coco Chanel on Macy's on Altamont Mall, but form my surprise, affter arriving back at Brazil I noticed that the perfume was a false!!!
I decided to buy that perfume on Macy's exactly because I couldn't suppose that would happens. But happened...
After contacting them I sent pictures of the false perfume, and they proposed to change the perfume, but I live on Brazil and was in Florida for vacations and don't have any travel scheduled to USA in the near future. This said I believed is was easier for Macy's to send me a new bottle. In the same delivering/pick up process I could supply the false bottle for their evaluations.
Bought in February and after months , nothing happened...

How do you know this is "false" perfume?? Never heard of "false" perfume. Have heard of knock off perfume but never "false" perfume. Maybe the packaging is different does not make it "false" especially for that price.
