Magazine City- BEWARE!! DO NOT ORDER SUBSCRIPTION!! 10 months later, 5 phone calls, and still no magazine! Internet

I ordered a magazine subscription to "Dirtwheels" for my husband's birthday on April 1, 2008. It is now December 31, 2008, and we have never received the magazine. I've called several times throughout the last 9 months and have always been politely told exactly what I want to hear, "The magazine is on its way-- it's been labelled and your address is in the system, etc, etc, etc." When I started getting angry they told me they would have a supervisor call me back to refund my money. No one ever called me back. I'm out the magazine subscription money b/c they are certainly not going to send it or refund my money, and because so much time has passed my credit card company can no longer dispute the charges, as I'm sure Magazine City is well aware of. A total RIP OFF!!
