Magic Moments Wedding&Prom Dresses Crooked Business Practices Evansville Indiana

I had made a transaction with this company for a prom dress for my daughter and unfortunately she had been diagnoised with graves disease on top of her having type 1 diabetes. She has been missing weeks at a time from her school and will most likely have to spend time in summer school to be able to graduate.She does have good days but has had more bad days due to her level of hormones in her body.Magic Moments had a dress in stock that we were originally interested in but with health reasons our daughter will not be able to attend Prom.If thats not already a disappointment.The dress has never been altered nor has the dress ever left their buisness.We had called them about getting a refund and they refuse to help us out in anyway shape or form.I talked to the owner on the phone and now she is an expert on Graves disease stating our daughter could be feeling well enough to go to the Prom.We even told the owner we can produce medical reports from our daughters 2 Doctors.The owner was very rude and cut me off while trying to explain.It would of been different if we would of special ordered the dress or had the dress altered and or took the dress with us.In the buisness market today this is worst customer service I have ever been subject too.I would not ever recommend this company to no one.No matter what policies companies put in place there is always certain circumstances that should be observed.Thats what makes companies successful and others not worth the time to visit.It would not hurt this company to give a refund.They would be able to get their money back at their going out of buisness sale.Trust me if they decide to change their minds I would be more than happy to post a follow up.Hope you all have a great day!
