I purcased a 2003 BMW from PHILLIPS USED CARS NOW called MAGIC MOTORS n santa rosa,ca ,I had the car 2months not even done paing finance co. and I was pulled over by some great people right BEFORE my car burst into FLAMES and melted everything down to radiator ,the engine was gone all there was ,was a clump of metal ,hood gone ,tires gone ,and theres still a BIG Black burn mark in the cement.

My name is Richard G. Endreszl. I am the the proud sole owner of Magic Motors serving the North Bay for over 28 years. I am "NOT" nor have I ever been associated with Phillips used cars or any other used car company. If you say your car caught on fire I would think you should have a right to complain to someone. However with that in mind I would hope you would have the "decency" to complain to the people who sold you the car and not throw an "INNOCENT" bystander under the bus. SHAME ON you!!!
