Magicfacetherapy Nova Derm Eye Cream Offered 10 day free trial of products, then billed me $89.94 & $89.49 Santa Ana California

 My husband received an email for receiving products for testing that required only paying shipping. Two of these items were for skin and eye products to correct aging problems and the ad showed pictures of Opra and Dr. Oz and insinuated they were recommending these. So he ordered them for a 10 day free trial. These products were ordered on July 11, 2015.

When these products were received it was 11 days after the order date and I assumed the 10 days would start then. Since I was not totally happy with the results I called to cancel and was told I had to pay for the items because I had taken more than 10 days to respond. I tols them I would be happy to return the unused bottles but  was told I still would have to pay for them. Further when I asked for a return address, I was put on hold and after 15 minutes no one came back on the line.

The on 8/24/2015 anouther 2 boxes came in the mail. I never opened them and my husband check the credit card he had used for the shipping and found that they had not only put through two charges, $89.94 and $89.49, for the 2 July suppoedly free trial samples but had also put through 2 more charges for the products they sent without my approval in August.

I immediately contacted the credit card company and informed them of my complaint. They were less than enthusiastic but did contact the company and in a 3 way conversation gave me a shipping address to return the August sent products and did issue a credit for the August shipped products. 

I am currently still in dispute for the supposedly free trial products sent in July. However I am not to sure we will win this as it does say I had 10 days to cancel..
