Magick Kids USA misleading people into becoming dealers for there company and not paying you a dime. Canoga Park, CALIFORNIA, Pennsylvania

I came across this business claiming that they will pay you the dealer 50% comission on all the business you get for there company. I had to pay them 147.00 for my dealer kit. They sent me a bunch of material telling me how to go out and get the business promissing me the dealer 50% comission on the sales. It has been several months now and I haven't recieved any comissions.

I have spent a lot of money advertising there business trying to get business for them. I cannot prove this but what made me think they were scamming me was that when I enter into my dealer account they say all the people under my name only signed up for there newsletter. I don't belive this. I am thinking when the orders come in if any they don't tell you, they make you believe that they only signed up for the newsletter. I'm thinking that they're bieng very dishonest with people.

The other reason I feel that they're a dishonest business is when you got to get the business for them they want you to mail in all the information to them. I feel this is for ther own not for the dealer trying to help there company. I have also tried to email them several times, half the time I do not get an answer. On there web site it specificaly states please contacts us with any questions that you may have. I finally had to get right to the point with them and tell them since they will not answer any of my questions I was going to take this to an attorney.

They finally emailed back and said "ok send back your kit" I told them that that isn't what I wanted to do. I just wanted them to answer my questions. They really did not answer my questions as to the fact the only thing they said is that they do not rip people off. I have a gutt feeling something is really wrong with this company. I am a hard working mother needing extra income to take care of my children so I decided to give it a try. I have wasted more money on them that they didn't even pay me.

The saddest thing of all is I probably will not be able to get that 147.00 they promise you in return if the business does not work out for you. I do not recommend this program for anyone, they will just take your money. One more thing before I go. They also send lots and lots of literature in the mail trying to get you to order more things from them telling you how you can boost your business and so on. This is just another way for them to get you to think that they're trying to help you, but really all there doing is taking you hard earned money you really didn't have in the begining.

That's why all these false companys out there say there multi millinares, why because they scam people like you and me. I wish someone would check this guy out. I was told the owners name is Isaac Mizrahi.
