I have purchase quite a few childrens clothing from Magic kids & Company on the 27th of March, 2006 and i also paid for Global Express Mail which is suppose to be 3-5 working days delivery.
I waited 1week and still my package never came. So I e-mailed the company asking If my package has been sent and requesting for a tracking number for the package, and i never got any replies from them and up til now, i'm still waiting for package.

Customer Was Refunded

I contacted the customer via email, alerting her that she was refunded entirely for her back to her credit card. Her order was cancelled because we were having too many problems with stolen credit cards used on international orders.
Customer was given the option of either paying for the order via money order, or wire transfer if she was serious about placing the order. She never responded back.
Customer was apologized to, and also explained to in the email that we need to protect ourselves as merchants as well protect our customers because credit card fraud is a serious problem.
