Magsforless.com Charged my credit card for a subscription and never sent it to magazine New York New York

I subscribed to PC magazine with this company in Dec 2006. When I looked at the Mar 2007 magazine I saw my subscription hadn't been extended. I contacted magsforless and they said they had no record of the order. I told them I had a confirming e-mail with an order number. This went on for a week then customer service said they were turning it over to the VP Customer Relations and I would hear from them in 4 days. I never received a reply.

All this was done by e-mail since there is no phone number on the site. Searching the Internet I found out they did this to many people. There was a phone number, but when you call it the mailbox is always full. This was another complaint I found on the Internet. Apparently they are ripping off people left and right and nothing is being done about it even though they have been reported to the BBB numerous times.

It is about time somebody does something about them ripping off the people who thing they are legitimate.
