IDCSERVCO BUSINESS SERVICES ripoff CULVER CITY California

A representative of this company called and misrepresented themselves to us as our copier company and sent us an order of toner at a very expensive cost.

When the invoice arrived, we realized a problem because we have not been charged toner costs in the past because we have a service agreement with our copier company.

Upon calling our copier company we were told this company was a rip off (calling it "toner-phoner"). When we called IDCSERVCO and said we wanted to send this order back,(it has never been opened) they said there would be a 20% restocking fee ($100).

They said they would issue a pick up order but it wouldn't be the regular UPS person. They also offered the product to us at a reduced price.
