Mailbox Company Not sure it's a wife and husband business Matthews NC mailbox service company ran from a house 7043610080 Matthews Internet

The worst business ever!!!!! This lady and her husband apparently run a business out of their house, they are extremely unprofessional.  Their business isn't even available online and the only contact number they have is a Verizon wireless cell phone. Hoping to find a yelp or an actual business name for their "mailbox" company.  They never return calls, they claim to come out never show up and never call! If anyone knows who this business is please make note that they're horrible. Their customer service is limited if any at all, basically I called to complain regarding our phone calls not being returned and I got excuses and when I was a bit heated by the needless excuses because I AM THE CUSTOMER, the rude lady hung up on me.  Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
