I signed for a mailbox and apparently they have received my mail, as soon as i signed i mailed the form 1583 and mail requested documents for more than a month, and they have not processed it, customer service said it takes 2 weeks to process it, but we are more than a month now and i don't get any answer from them.

I would just cancel it and change my address now.
