Main Street Luxury auto RIPOFF,OLD DIRTY DOG,LIES mesa, Arizona

How these people stay in business....I don't know.  We had an agreement for a down payment broken into two pays.  I was to get the car after the first half.  I was harassed becasue the salesguy thought I made "too much money" and could put more down (duh, economy!).  I was promised to have a new tire put on and the car delivered to me.  

I called at least 13 times.  First, I was told that the car was not ready with the new tire--I offered to do it myself because tires are not hard to find.   I dealt with it.  Then I was told that some people did not show up for work--is that a "me" issue?  NO.  

The car was not  only rescheduled for delivery but NOT delivered and I was told they never promised delivery.  BALONEY.  Joe is a JOKE.  I called my lawyer and threw these jokers into the pit.

They also still have $500 of my money.  And kept calling me to "buy" a car.  And, I was not given paperwork.  On top of that, I was told I would have a repo--sorry Charlie but you did not stick to your terms and I never got a car.  Never.  So glad I had a great lawyer but not everyone had this option.

The rotten, underhanded part of this is that I filed complaints and these people blatantly lied and said that this was a big story.

Sorry Joe and Main Street cronies but the joke is on you.  Stop lying, scamming and stealing.  You are disgusting.

For the record, I drive a nice import now and found an amazing dealer.  Main Street Auto stinks.

I'm confused. How did they "sale" you a car? Do they have some type of timing device to guage how long you sit on the toilet to determine the "pace of sh--"? Then you talk about a "lire". Do they sell antique musical instruments too? Why would you buy a car in the slum? Weren't you afraid the building would fall down?
