So many things went wrong, hard to fit it all here:

- Mainline WAY under-estimated my move so as to make the quote look good. Then tried to make that my fault (I used their online calculator!)

- Charged me more than twice what was originally estimated, and that was after I negotiated them down from about 3X.

- Refused to honor binding contractual terms for 'Unlimited packing and supplies', as if apparently that meant 'unlimited up to some arbitrary amount that they get to decide'

- They are actually terrible movers! Their packing is horrible, they did not label boxes nor draw up an inventory as required by USDOT regulations, etc...

- They shook me down and used intimidation and bullying after all the stuff was loaded up to force me to pay, otherwise they would take all my stuff and hold it hostage.

- They are incompetent, dishonest, and very aware that this is exactly their business model. 

BEWARE, stay away from these crooks.
