Majorworld Inc. ,sales And Repair Facility 8-12 hr wait on a 1 hour repair or 2-6 days on a simple repair Long Island City New York

I purchased a truck from majorworld in March 08 as soon as i drove it off the premises the check engine light came on drove back in and was told to bring it back the next day the next day it was a horrible 8-12hr day to be told we cant fix it today leave the truck here and we will get it to you the next day.ok i leave the truck there along with 6-10 people who like me also waited 8hrs to be told leave it or just wait ...finally 2 days waiting they fix the problem ......

Once again my truck is in the shop now for 8 days i called claims and they have no knowledge of any claim being put in or any repairs being done i asked to speak to Pete the so called Mgr who is never available there is no shop mangager to speak to and they have over 100 cars in line waiting to be repaired.....In the repair shop waits hundreds of fustrated customers who just got ripped off from major world.......
