MaMa Marias Restaurant & Carryout Extremely Rude and uncarring customer service multiple times abused & mistreated victimized many consumers Edgewood Maryland

Why is it so hard for MaMa Marias Restaurant & Carryout to provide polite and nice customer service? What ever happened to Service with a smile and taking time to help the customer in a polite manner?

A couple of months not I have been ordering food from this place by phone and walk in. Every single time I speak with their employees you get a brush off, rude and make you feel like one stupid @$#%! I am sick of it.

Today I walked in to order lunch from a man that I believe to be the owner of the buisness. Not only was he rude and uncarring to begin with but I recieved extreme unwanted attitude from this man. I am a very polite and understanding customer. I asked for what I always ask for. The man didnt seem to understand. He replied with a rude remark. So I repeated my order. He says "ok here we go again, very rude" of course there is a lot more to this story than what I am going to right. This is just the jist of it. Anyway I wound up getting into a shouting match with the guy and walking out. I dont know who to report this to.

The bottom line is I am just plain sick of the customer service of this place. No matter how polite you are to the buisness owner or there empoyees you get crapped on as a customer. The last time I check this should be the other way around. The employees and owner are supposed to make you feel comfortable and wanting to come back. Not this place. I really want everyone to know there is an awsome place down the street with really good food and polite service called Kounelis Pizza that serve the same food. I would pay more for the food just for decent customer service and consideration.
