MAMA Movers LLC Illegally Obtained our Money and Household Items Tinely Park and Anaheim Illinois and California

In October 2020, this company had their DOT # involuntarily revoked. With full knowledge that they are not allowed to transport without Federal and State licenses, they did so anyway.

They quoted just under $7,800.00 over the phone for a cross country move. Two days before we had to be out of our home, they show up in their personal vehicles and double the price of the quote. We tried calling the man who gave us the quote, were put on hold and they never picked up. We desperately tried calling other moving companies but it was too late and at this point were not aware that they were operating illegally. Feeling we had no other choice, we reluctantly signed their (fake) contract and gave them a $6,000 deposit. This is in addition to the $1,800 deposit given at the time of the quote.

It is now December 16, 2020 and they still have everything we own. The manager "Tom" who is listed as Tariq Darwish on opencorporates.com is demanding that we pay an additional $6,000 upon delivery. He calls and lies to us, tries manipulation, threats, and at times becomes very angry. We have been given several delivery dates but at this point, have serious doubts we'll ever see our belongings again.
