Management Success - Glendale California They really are not nearly as good as they say they are. Not a pure Scam, mainly ineffective Internet

I went to the two day seminar.  I had gone to it once before a couple years earlier.  I was aware of what they said that did and even their major competitors.    I was finally convinced, by a pretty slick salesman who I found out lied to me in almost every thing he said, and signed up. I paid more about $13,000 plus three trips to California from Georgia, hotel, car (you have to have one in LA area), meals, and so on.  I figure we had almost $20,000 in them, even before we felt compelled to go to other classes for thousands more.    

They are what they say they are; an automotive (repair, transmission or body shop) consultant.   They do have some people who know a lot about auto repair. 

The problem is the consulting is mostly ineffective or at least takes a VERY LONG time to implement successfully.  They will have shops come in and talk to you but try to find that same combination of success.  (Who knows if the shop's claims are real or not?)

The bottom line is that they are not effective.  You will spend your money and get very little out of it, unless.  I have not seen any recent shops which are successful.  All the ones they point out are ones which have been with them for years and have spent another $40,000-$80,000 in other courses with them.  Their strategy is to get you feeling like you need this course  3 people for $7000 for each, or that course for $10,000 for or another course for $9000 for two people and then you pretty much feel you have to keep on taking courses to get your real money's worth out of the deal. 

They do not tell you how much more consulting they will try to sell you.  It is like a TV show which keeps coming out with "to be continued" every week.  You want to be finished, but you never are.
