I HAVE TO AGREE WITH ROLAND. BILLING FOR EVERY MINUTE OF TIME THAT THEY SPEND ON A CASE IS PAR FOR THE COURSE FOR A LAW OFFICE. WHEN I GOT DIVORCED, I PUT DOWN A 1500.00 RETAINER & MY ATTORNEY RAN THAT OUT AS FAST AS HE COULD. WHEN I SAW THE BILL GETTING CLOSE TO THE AMOUNT OF THE RETAINER, I FIRED HIM, BUT THAT DIDNT STOP HIM FOR FINDING EXCUSES TO BILL ME ANOTHER 900.00. I REFUSED TO PAY IT & HE TRIED TO PUT IT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I SENT HIM A LETTER OF MY INTENT TO SUE IF THE CREDIT REPORT ITEM WAS NOT DELETED. HE DELETED IT & I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE! NOW TO MAKE IT CLEAR, I FIRED HIM IN WRITING & WITH 50.00 LEFT ON MY RETAINER. I KEPT A PAPER TRAIL TO PROTECT MYSELF.

As a consumer and business professional. I have used this firm and owners who have done work above and beyond their required duties. The statements in this report are so ridiculous and untrue that the statement truly shows the inability of the TRUE individual who wrote this not being able to spell correctly, list even one hard clear fact to the statement, but uses a fictitious name to sign the statement. Think about it, If you or I had a disagreement to a service, wouldn't you want to sign your grievance with your real name? If you want retribution, why hide your name. I can say from experience that the statement is untrue and the individual who is quoting this, appears to have a personal rather than professional issue.
