I went in to manchester volkswagon on Sunday afternoon to purchase new car gave them credit card # to hold car. tuesday morning called to cancel purchase. they took 1,000 out of my account and didmn't return it ripoffs

Don't drop the ball on this! You can put it in contest with the credit card issuer. The whole procedure is detailed on the back of the credit card bill or on their website!
