Mancuso Harley Davidson Central Houston TX Kept bike for 3 months for a 2-3 week job, sloppy and incomplete work HOUSTON TEXAS

I took my FXSTB to them for a complete mechanical rebuild and was told it would be 2-3 weeks.  Almost 3 months later I got it back.  The first time I serviced it I found wires disconnected, oil and primary drain plugs loose, air cleaner crushed and lights missing.  They did give me the lights since I won't let them touch it again.  They also told me that they would have the air cleaner sent to me the following week. 

Two plus weeks go by and nothing.  I call them and got another bullshit excuse and they would get it out to me the next week.  That was over three weeks ago and still nothing.  I call and nobody will answer or return the call when I eave a message.  My advice to anyone that is thinking about letting them do any work on your bike is DON'T.  You will regret it.
