Manuel Brothers Inc/Gallagher-Bassett/ Quanta Services Why are claims adjusters allowed to commit purjury when is we the injured worker would be put in jail over it if we commit such actions 906 Taylorville Road Grass Valley California

Why is it that we are subject to the laws that under the penealty of the laws of purjury we would get harsh punishment if found we did it.... Why are the Senior Claims Adjusters at Gallagher-Bassett allowed to commit purjury on our cases and make us become homeless having no food to live on and becoming so discouraged that our lives have been torn apart, families trying to figure out why the people that are there to protect you do nothing but deny you of the right to become a part of the working force again.

I got hurt on December 19th 2005 and have had to fight through all the waiting for help from Gallagher-Bassett and Concentra services I ask my treating doctors to request help for my injuries and they send it to Gallagher-Bassett and as I have experienced is that Gallagher-Bassett sends it to Concentra for approval then in the time it takes all this to happen is like 3 weeks to a month and half ????? Then I get what is called a Field Case Worker from Concentra that is supposed to oversee that I am taken care of medically, She was supposed to be at all my appointments I have never met her ? Then Gallagher-Bassett threatens her with a fine if she continues to help me. Wow how much of this is the American Public supposed to put up with.

Gallagher-Bassett forced a QME Panel exam on me before my treatment was completed and they now say that I can return to work, I have never been released back tp work by any of my treating doctor so how am I supposed to go and get a job? The QME doctor even stated that I was unable to return to work doing what I was doing so what am I supposed to do? Working for Manuel Brothers Inc. was good for me but while in the job you find that they laugh off people like the guy they called Lucky from Tennesee and that he when operating equipment falls asleep while operating it and the saftey officer Dave Strunk for Manuel Brothers Inc. knew he was doing this but never took action to seeing that this man was taken off the equipment while operating in his sleep on the job putting me and others in danger. That we while I was working in the Wireless part of the job was put on jobs without foreman being there to make sure the job was safe and that we have a foreman to make sure that the job was being done as it was supposed to done for the people we were working for.

I was hurt on a job where the supervisor would not come to the job at all unless the people we were working for were to be there. We did not see this man for days at a time and only had communication by phone. He did not do what the people we were working for wanted and cut many safety areas in the job when he could get awy with it. It was not only done this way in wireless but also in the Underground division of Manuel Brothers Inc. Supervised by Logan Teal V.P. He also knew about Lucky being a danger to us that had to work around him but did nothing to correct this matter.

I was sent to a job that was behind in schedule of about 5 months and we the other two men with me were working fast trying to get the job done. We had no-one there to explain to us just what they wanted and when the people that we were working for came out would wonder why we were doing it the way they did not want? None of the three of us on this job had a clue to which way we were to it and had no supervisor there to show us so we were taking our work apart more that getting it done because of bad management. Our safty was compromised daily because of the supervisors not being on the job.

I was working at a fast rate and got my foot caught under a piece of re-bar and it twisted me so that it made me fall into the ditch around the platform about 3 to 4 feet below and making land in a bad way on my back and left scapula, my back between the shoulder blades all the way down to my tail bone was in extreme pain but I had no way to leave for medical help without stranding my co-workers there so I did what I have done so many times before do the work it off method. I informed Tim our supervisor when he finally showed up at around 3:30 pm on December 19th 2005. The next day I was in even more pain and had to excuse myself from work and go to the Victorville Industrial Medical Clinic there they told not to work for two weeks and gave me a knee brace and a back brace. My safety Officer D. Strunk said that that would be bad for Manuel Brothers and that I should have the doctor call him to put me to light duty even if it meant that I sit in the hotel room and did nothing. I did this for approx. a week and was not privy to any over time the others were getting so after x-mas I was told to go back to the doctor and he stated that I would need more medical help, so D. Strunk told me to go home I did as instructed.

I sought out the medical doctor and told him what happened and also told Gallagher-Bassett as instructed by D. Strunk. Gallagher-Bassett told me that it would be 3 months before I got any money from them and that it was just to bad but thats their policy from Governor Schwarenegger. I was freaking out and asked D Strunk what I should do he stated get S.D.I. State Disability. So I waited for that to happen and it took 1.5 months to get this. i am really trying not to loose it by now because my bills are now 2 months behind and I was not able to eat or even sleep well because of the pain. I can only say that we are not treated like human beings when it come to being hurt on a job because of the way Insurance Companies have made employers trapped in the system of do it or else.

I am nowSeptember 2007 still not getting paid since June 2007 and it seems that my Safety Officer D Strunk has made offers of that I should only ask for $50,000.00 dollars I made more than that so why should I ask for less than I made, I cannot even get an attorney to even speak for me so i am in Applicant Pro-Per. I have found all the information about Workers Compensation and how the QME doctor has made false statement under his on accord (perjury). He Dr. David M. Broderick has said he had medical records and he did not have my medical records, Gallagher -Bassett stated they paid me in a proper way and in laws of perjury under the term Statement of Facts in a court of law if liable as a felony. If it were me I would be in jail. I am sick of the people from Gallagher-Bassett like Mary Meredith, and Michael Marin , and Olu Sule-Benson lying about what is happening to me or that they can cut my pay at any moments notice without regard to one well being.

Also that Olu Sule-Benson not even able to speak English how does she even know whats she is doing? That the report to them about my care from my Orthopedic Doctor, Dr. Jack Bellah stated that he was requesting that I get more help for my back and my knee and that Gallagher-Bassett had this report days after I recieved it stamped on the page recieved 01-17-07 by Olu Sule-Benson. I am angery and very distraut over the fact that our goverment allows this to happen and that under the laws of Safety and Perjury they should be taken care of and that I should be compensated at the request i made to Gallagher-Bassett.
