Marathon boats and yachts has commited several violations when representing my family. we listed a yacht for sale with this company. the brokers lawrence perritino and randy rode have lied,not followed strict broker laws and more. After my yacht was stolen during the time this company had it listed for sale they were aware of the theft for several months. a man from north flroida walked in their office to look at my yacht. several days later he was going to make an offer to me and was swayed to the auction held by the criminals. to read the whole story on this and see the lies this head broker of this company has posted thst are not only lies he is the head broker and this shows what type people and cpmpany this is. Marathon boats and yachts is the sister company to united yacht sales which is owned and operated by peter schmidt. schmidt being the head of company and hiring broker is the person who has not only lied, he made statements that an attorney never made to him simply lying to cover his a*s and the sad thing trying to cover the brokers asses under him who made serious mistakes and broke the law. Everyone knows any good business owner finding out a serious violation was commited by his under brokers would be a man fix the mistake and the suffering his original customer suffered from this(my family). instead this business owner defends the law breaking people under him. to read more and see the lies from this head broker/company president go to link below.

after reading this and clearly seeing the head broker lie and falsify statements is this a company you would want to have represent you for buying or selling a boat?

Yes its's easy to prove
I have been following this post now for several months and decided to look into this matter due to there being so much inconsistincies in these story's. I called the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) to verify if they even did an investigation into this auctioneer and they confirmed yes. I was then told the investigation was finished on their end and it was in Monroe County at the State Attorney's office.
I called the State Attorney's office in Monroe County Florida and quickly learned the case from this DBPR is there and being reviewed. I also asked If the e-mail I had sen online recently was true and was the file going to a prosecutor? The answer was yes. I also looked into the state statute reguarding auctioneers in Florida and called a few auctioneers to get their input into this matter. The auctioneers said yes there is an exemtion for atorneys where they do not need a license IF the person hiring them owns the property.
I cannot say who owns the peoperty myself but have read e-mail form the Department of Highway,Safety and Motor vehicles where them confirm under statute 328.17 that taking a yacht and bringing it back to your possession is theft, they even go on to say in the e-mail that if the vessel has left a marina's possession you then have a civil matter for the courts to dcide.

Folks, Robert Krutko was caught answering himself under different screen names a long time ago. Even though he knows we are aware of it, he still does it. My goodness, this one was soooo obvious, it actually made me laugh.
Take a look at destinsharks. He did the exact same thing there.

A seizure is not 'stealing' YOU were stealing docking space so the people YOU OWED MONEY TO legally seized the boat (calling this oversized pontoon boat a 'yacht' is hilarious in itself).
Why haven't you sued them and the alleged government officials that you continue to slander if you are right?
Why have you stopped slandering the government officials that deemed everything was done correctly? Threatened with a suit there too?
