Hired Marc Falcone as a sales consultant after months of being pursued by him.  His responsibility was to create powerpoints, sales literature and to generally drive sales.  During this process he claimed to have many large fortune 500 customers ready to join our fledgling internet company and told a very convincing story.  Although skeptical I arranged interviews with other personnel within my company and generally received the green light. So we hired Falcone and all the BS began.

1) Simon Cowell will wear your company hat with logo on American Idol.

2) Currently negotiating with Michael Jordon to be company spokesman.

) GM, Ford, Chrysler about to sign with us.

4) About to close WALMART

5) NBC loves us, going to sign soon.

6) Have a VC ready to write a big check.

Please understand we are not naive enough to believe these outlandish tales but as a company had to document document ridiculous claims. The lies continued for quite sometime until we as a company felt ready to release Falcone of his consulting duties.  Three months later we get sued in Federal court for$75,000 pain and suffering, $1,000,000 in owed compensation based on him bringing in $10,000,000 in sales, that is correct $10 MILLION IN REVENUE while in reality he NEVER even arranged one meeting and never even brought in 1 PENNY IN REVENUE.

Our attorney found that he filed an identical suit in Federal court against another small company.  IDENTICAL, same lawyer, same venue in Philadelphia.  We have spent 10's of thousands defending ourselves from this malicious extortionist and will continue to until this is thrown out of court.

Unfortunately for me, the other company signed a NDA to end the suit so we got screwed.  We have a term now when someone tries to screw you.

BE WARNED OR BE FALCONED!

Rizzo Arrested

CEO Pleads Guilty to $2.5 Million Fraud Involving Florida Software Company

U.S. Attorney’s Office August 01, 2013
  • Southern District of California (619) 557-5610

SAN DIEGO, CA—United States Attorney Laura E. Duffy announced today that John G. Rizzo, the CEO of iTrackr Systems, has admitted defrauding investors in connection with millions of shares of his Florida-based company.

As set forth in his plea agreement, in early 2006, Rizzo agreed to raise money for a Florida software company called iTracker, which developed software to track the inventories and availability of electronics, e.g., Xboxes. In approximately late 2008, Rizzo and his co-conspirators used the services of offshore “boiler rooms” to solicit investments for the company’s “penny stock.” Unknown to investors, the boiler rooms failed to disclose that only 20 percent of each investment would go to iTracker, with the remainder being paid to the boiler rooms as commission.

As part of that scheme, Rizzo utilized his shell company in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and the company’s bank account in Belize. Rizzo sold millions of shares of iTrackr stock through his BVI company in order to avoid U.S. securities registration requirements and disguise the fact that almost all the investor funds were being diverted to the boiler rooms. In addition, Rizzo used a complex array of different entities to conceal the fact that he was selling the shares, not independent third party investors. During 2009 alone, approximately 120 different individuals in the United Kingdom invested a total of $2.5 million in iTrackr through this scheme.

United States Attorney Laura Duffy once again cautioned the public that they need to be vigilant against all forms of illegal stock manipulation, especially in the penny stock markets. Duffy praised the hard work of the agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Internal Revenue Service for their efforts, and the continuing support of the Securities and Exchange Commission for their expertise and guidance.

FBI Special Agent in Charge, Daphne Hearn, commented, “This investigation highlights the need for investors to do their own homework before investing their money in schemes such as the one perpetrated by Mr. Rizzo. If something seems too good to be true, it almost always is. The FBI will continue to lend our expertise and resources to these types of cases and work with our partners, so that others do not fall prey to such fraudulent investment schemes.”

Rizzo is scheduled to be sentenced on October 28, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. before U.S. District Court Judge Larry A. Burns.

BE AWARE OF ITRACKR'S RIZZO

AUTHOR: Response - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 25, 2010

The author of this posting is a very dishonest and calculating individual. He also is extremely unethical. His track record shows a history of leading people on and trying to deceive them out of money. All will surface very soon. I, on the other hand, have a very respected background with no dishonesty or unethical behavior.

The author of this report about me is angry and very scared of what will come out in a possible court hearing. There will be good honest people that will testify about the author's shady business dealings. Everyone will see the complete legitimacy of the said lawsuit and the darkness of this individuals greed and dishonesty.

Check back soon..
