POMPEY Darlene Moore DARLENE MOORE POMPEY DARLENE took $10,000.00 and supposedly added me to me to her company in return for company equity as an investment; DARLENE MOORE POMPEY stole my investment $10,000.00 by never added myself to her company articles of incorporation and then refused to pay me back. DARLENE MOORE POMPEY the owner and CEO of MARDE' COUTURE BOUTIQUE proposed an equity investment in her company of $10,000.00; the equity investment detailed that I was going to be named on the company filed articles of incorporation as the treasurer which would also have giving me a 25% equity in the company and quarterly dividend payments. Unfortunately, this unscrupulous individual did not adhere to the agreement between her and myself.  

After the $10,000.00 was deposited via cashiers check in her back account on October 7th, 2014 she never logged the change in the articles of incorporation with the state of Ohio; however she did decide to keep her current employees on the incorporator information h*o are Dinna Goldston and Cindy Baumann.  Secondly, I never received a single dividend payment from her for the equity capital that had been deposited with her.  

Lastly, after years of her stating she was going to pay me back via her attorney; she had me submit home address and information to receive a cashiers check and the email that she had submitted was fake email address i.e. legal07@peotonmail.com

This corrupt individual has defrauded myself out of my own hard-earned income and has only made excuses for why she has not been able to return my income to me.  I am sure she had no problem spending my money upon her receiving my deposit.  The simple truth is that this pathetic excuse for a business owner still owns and operates her boutique business in Cincinnati Ohio without any regard for the lose I have suffered at her nefarious business practices!
