My name is  Dr.E.E    DDS. I am a general dentist in California

It will be very risky and dangerous to write and post this report on the net and I am sure that I will be receiving a lot of threats and intimidations from the company I am reporting but I really do not care and I am ready for them. I am really very compelled to write it and bring it to the public regardless of the consequences,

I strongly believe that my story with marin Acura MUST come to the light and to the public and as many people as possible should know it, I will share with you my very sad story with them, marin Acura which left me and my family in pools of tears, severe depression, very bad financial troubles and most of all complete disability yes I mean it real complete disability and in other words they finished me and left me as a dead person who is alive. I would like to share with you my horrible terrifying and sad story with their lawyers who severely harassed me for months and months even inside the court and in the arbitration hearings and during the depositions (in front of the judge) and no action was taken at all   also my sad story with the government agencies (the police department, FBI, court system in marin county and the ridiculous joke called the arbitration) and most importantly my sad story with the eye witnesses who never said the truth . they only said the complete opposite of the truth.

I am sure that this company (Marin Acura) and their lawyers will do their best to remove this report and from my long horrible experience with them I can tell that they will prevail but by the time they will do that a lot of people will be already aware of the story and the true face of marin Acura MUST be revealed and exposed. they will also try to hurt me even more or suing me but the bad news for them that I am leaving them with no chance to do anything as everything I will be writing in this report is already a public records in the marin county superior court and police station and anyone can retrieve and access it and here is the case # (CIV093328) and here is the link to the court website to access it

1-there is no chance to play this game of DEFAMATION as everything in this report will be the same in this case but more focused and represented to fit the ripoffreport .com

2- I am not going to use any offensive languages or profanity because I do not need to, I will leave it to the readers to give the right names to every and each character of the story

3-i am not going to threat or use any threatening languages or even any anger because it will not do any good but compromise and removing my report.

4-also, I am not going to use the word (CORRUPTION) with any agency at all. I will also leave it for the readers to identify, recognize and give the right name to what happened to me.

And most importantly what will you do to a dead person ,just come and get me if you can .i know this will make you very happy as I am talking and dealing here with very sadist people who enjoy and delight in causing pain and suffering to others .

As you can see from the title of my report. (I mean PHYSICALLY BEATING ME UP) for TEN months continually.

You ruined my life completely and rendered me disabled, hopeless and   useless, now I am going to tell my story to the whole nations and you cannot scare me or intimidate me anymore as you did in the past and I really will be very happy and love to see you trying and any trial or attempt of hurting me or fabricating allegations against me I will report it on the same website and to all the right places as well immediately.

I do not know if any lawyer or media can do anything about my story or my case, however I am encouraging and welcoming any lawyer or media to contact me if they wish or have enough braveness to do so.

I already contacted all the local media in Marin county and san Francisco and ALL of the them ignored me completely and they avoided me , some of them has mutual business with Marin Acura !!!
