I consider myself to be a pretty resonable, communicative, problem solver.

I like to list facts and not lies and exagerations. I am here writing this because sadly, Marina has done just that. 

She has slandered my name, defamated my character to the point of ruining my businesses by what she has done. Which just goes to show what kind of hateful, horrible person she is.

Here are the facts:

Marina is the owner of the home I live in. 

When I first moved in, I was dealing with her "property manager" who isnt even a licensed property manager who at first seemed like a friend and eager to accomodate me.

I had only agreed to move into the home at a full price that she was asking with the agreement that I could do short term rental and vacation rental in the spare rooms.

This was agreed to both by Rita Allen her property manager and later, after Rita and I had problems, Marina herself (see attached photos).

I really dont want to get into every little detail here but I will be short and sweet with the facts.

She wants to ruin my name by saying I never paid rent (hmmm, lets see how many direct deposits were made into her account for the money.) Lie #1. 

After we had worked it out, she agreed to pay me for fixing the place, furnishing it etc. After many many emails asking to be reimbursed, they all went unanswered.

Rita lives in the penthouse that over looks MY pool and has obviously been spying. She tried to tell Marina I installed a hottub (no its an inflatable spa.) She told Marina that I was throwing raging parties every night when 1. I have only had my own friends over 2 times (once on halloween and then on thanksgiving and there were definetly no ragers).

None of the neighbors have every complained, And i am actually very friendly with them all, even befriended the grumpy old guy next door who hates all other people and dogs but for some reason has really taken to me and mine. He would have been the first to complain about noise. 

One night,Rita came around the back of MY HOUSE screaming, banging on doors and trying to get my guests to open the doors. I have texts to prove that as well. She was also caught on camera. Later she tried to deny it but then admitted. She scared my guests to the point where they left early and didnt want to come back. This was a violation of my lease agreement and I should have stopped it here. 

I believe that Rita was calling and making up lies about me to Marina to get her to hate me. Then one day, the pool guy left the gate open and my dog got out. This happened many times. But marina and rita both called me saying it was my fault and I needed to keep my dog locked up inside. Seriously? I pay $5000 a month BY MYSELF at this place I think its MY PLACE to do as ai wish. She was treating me like such a low life and no respect for someone paying that much money and keeping the place as nice as I have, and even fixing it up better.

She accused me of police coming to the house to get stolen cars? like what? I OWN A RENTAL CAR BUSINESS. What happens on my property that I pay for is of no concern to you! 

AGain, she was just finding reasons to get me out. 

here is what it came down to, she started snooping, seeing that I was doing air bnb and ASSUMING that I was making all this money (which I never broke even at all not once) and got greedy. Now she wants me out so she can over charge the next person. 

Her mortgage on this entire property is only $3900 and she refinanced. (THANKS DAD FOR RUNNING THE MLS!)

She has two other units that she rents out( RITA IN THE UPPER PENTHOUSE STUDIO she charges $2000 for (RITA TOLD ME) and A one bedroom unit attached to the side of my main house that a couple live in and pay $3000 for!!!

Plus my $5000!!!

You do the math. If I had to call it by a name, I would call it RAPE. She acts like she has no money, Like im a horrible person for "collecting all of this money from people for airbnb". I would show her my numbers but shes too crazy to look. Now she has slandered my name and is trying to file an illegal eviction.

So why do I take all of the time to tell you this? so that the next person knows what to watch out for. 

BTW I spent about $4000 to refurnish this home with nice things and carpet cleaners to make sure the rugs always stayed nice etc that I told her I would be leaving behind when I moved and it was agreed upon that I would be reimbursed at some point, foreverything. I had even told her that I would take care of it for now until she had the money just to make sure bigger problems didnt arise later. I took care of a huge bug infestation which she refused to take initiative to correct etc. 

And she said she doesnt have the money! But yet she collects $10k a month on her property!

Watch out for these greedy folks my friends. It always comes down to money and people will say anything.

Part of me is thankful that she wrote all the lies she did so now I have even more to take to court.
