Mariner Finance ,Finance Maryland Ripoff on reporting of Loan Payments and Inconsistent payment processing Hagerstown Maryland

Mariner Finance filed a lawsuit against me for being past due on my account. I however was not past due and payments were consistently being made. However, the payments were not being posted as they should have been. I have been paying them and came to an agreement with the attorney handling the case and now they have placed a writ of garnishment against my wages.

I have been making payments and was assured as long as that was being done that no garnishment would be put in place. I have been given inconsistant information regarding my account and have been contacted by many individuals all from different locations. I have requested documentation of payments and have received nothing.

Now they have added on attorney fees and increased the interest amount on my account. I receive different information from each person I speak to about my account (this includes the attorney). This company is a major ripoff and should be avoided at all costs.
