This company will call you if you are 2 days late on a payment and completely nice on the phone but I have requested a payment coupon book 5 times and they can't get it to my address.  They can send me a letter saying my payment hasn't been made but they can't send me a coupon ook, email reminder or allow you to schedule payments in advance.  I refuse to pay them prior to the due date because I can't stand the website or company.  If you try to look up anything on the website all it tells you is the account number.  No history so if you don't recall the last payment you made too bad.  No current statement.  No balance left or total loan less payments.  Nothing.  All you can do is make a payment on that specific day.  I'm sorry I want more information.  I have no idea when my loans is paid in full because I can't even figure out what the status of the account is.  Then you're gonna call me and act ike I am at fault because I didn't remember to make the payment.  Just cannot believe that they even have a website as it looks like a Kindergartener created it.

Sorry but I call BS

People with a good credit score don't make the comments you made.  They don't need to be reminded by the company if they made a payment last month.  They also definatly are not people who act like a toddler throwing a tantrum when they stomp their feet and refuse to make their payments in advance(or in your case even on-time) just because they don't like the company.

Instead people with good credit would take their good credit and refinance their loan with another(more favorable) company.  So why haven't you done that?  Answer...your credit is not really as good as you are trying to get us to believe..or you are just lazy and would actually perfer to just sit around and complain rather than actually do something.

By the way how about letting us know the great rate you got with this company that made you go with them.  After all it couldn't have been the looks of their website because you say it looks like it was done by a kindergartner.

I am a prime example... I have a 756 credit score.  I have no problems getting credit.  Just made a really bad choice with this company at the time.  Still whether I am or am not a prime example is that why you have no service.

This company is a "Sub-Prime" lender which is for people that have not proven they can handle credit, and you are a "prime" example of that type of person.

Here are some facts, not every company sends out a Coupon Book, but you still know when your payments are due.  Why?  Because you signed a loan agreement when you got the car and were given ALL of that information.   After all you did read what you were signing...right?  That information not only gives you the payment date, but the amount and the length of the loan.  Your payment is the same time every month and for the same amount every month.   If you want to know when your loan is paid off...go read the agreement.  Of course that is dependent on you actually making your payments on-time and for the full amoun, which you as a "Sub-Prime" borrower apparently hasn't done.

But you can't even keep your story straight.  In one sentence you say you "refuse" to make your payments prior to the due date because you can't stand their website or company.  Seriously?  Well apparently you can't even make your payments on time after all if you did you wouldn't be called by the company for being two days late.  What is your "excuse" for that?  Oh yea all of the sudden you can't remember if you made a previous payment.

They are not your parents, if you want to "remember" if you made a payment you do what responsible adults do.  You keep a written register as to when you made your payment.  Then all you have to do is look in the register and it will tell you when your last payment was made.  In fact this written register works for everything else you spend money on as well, and an excellent way to keep an eye on your bank account balance.  Oh and if you don't have a register or know how to really use one, you can go to your bank or search the Internet and find quite a bit of additional information.

There is only one RipOff here, and it is YOUR "entitlement" attitude, thinking that they must bend over backwards to keep track of your account.  If you want someone to do that, go hire yourself an accountant.
