MARIO USED CAR BEWARE MARIO USED CARS IS A RIP OFF TO BAD CREDIT CUSTOMERS PASADENA Texas

On 07/2008, I purchase a BMW 1999 323I at Mario Used Car 3106 Spencer Hwy Pasadena, TX 77504. Before purchasing vehicle I was told I couldn't take vehicle for inspection and no one was available to look at the vehicle. I was never told about engine leaks visible under the car or about a faulty emission system along with Fema declaring vehicle was in the area hurricane Katrina disaster occurred.
Unfortunately, this vehicle has not performed well and service performed by BMW Department on 07/18/2008 disclosed multiple problems, such as AC Compressor not working, oil pan gasket leaking, oil filter housing gasket leaking, rear shock mounts separating, front end loose, struts are leaking, both catalytic converters need replacing, check engine light is on, manifold gaskets and exhaust donut gaskets need replacement. . I am disappointed that Mario Used Cars would offer this vehicle for sell with the magnitude of problems. I'm a 22yr old college student with tarnish credit, however Mr. Solomon that doesn't give you the right to take advantage of me. In addition, this vehicle had an inspection sticker on it dated 02/2008 but my findings indicate this vehicle currently can not pass inspection. The check engine light came on 1 hour after I drove it away from Mario Used Car. I believed Mario Used Car knew the engine light was faulty and was able to cut it off temporarily. My findings to this claim exist when I went to get an emissions test and he was able to cut off engine light, but stated it would come back on and it did within one hour.
