Well...sort of....

I came across this file and a substantial amount of "wrongfully silenced evidence" in it by the people (and companies) that I name. 

As a result of my background this story captured my interest and I simply could not stop reading the transcripts, exhibits, oral evidence and real case files.

Like any good story it made me happy, angry, sad, mad, scared, excited, depressed..and honestly, by the time I finished reading and investigating...I was exhausted and, I had to re-read EVERYTHING to catch the subtle violations that were so glaringly obvious and hurtful that I am compelled to report these people to the Rip-off Report, each of whom have acted so badly.

My corroborating evidence and reluctant witnesses can be found (and confirmed) in public documents contained at the Ontario Superior Court House, St. Catharines and other public files.

These people (and businesses) I name admit to much of their wrong doing, paid out settlements to a few people to "silence them" and left others out of the settlement and/or continue legal fights with others ignoring, concealing and/or DENYING their wrong doing.

It ANGERS ME why these individuals (Businesses and Societies) can systematically hurt so many people, stay out of jail, hide behind Corrupt Law Firms, employ Bad Lawyers, use negligent Law Societies and then get rewarded and complimented by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice system and the Appeals Court of Ontario, Canada for a "Job well Done" when in fact they, work together to destroy the fabric of our local community and betray those whom rightly serve our community to try to improve it.

All of my issues and allegations can be proven by research of public files and requests through the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT in Canada.

It is SAD that these people act like this, sadder that they get away with it, sadder yet that the Ontario Superior Court, Appeals Court of Ontario and the Law Society of Upper Canada allows and endorses such conduct.

I write in hopes that the Editor of Rip-off Report will have better luck than I at aggressively exposing the Truth about this situation while getting the scammers and enablers to RESOLVE & SETTLE quickly with the victims they created.
