Went to Dr. JACOBS FOR CARE. Did expensive proceeders as prerequisits for an operation. They were to schedule an operation and inform me. Did not do it. Called back. Still they blew me off. Contacted MGH director. No response. Going elsewhere for health care. You should itoo.
